2. Orders & Payment

Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
We accept Shopify, Etsy, PayPal, major credit card payments.
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

3. Shipping

Orders ship from Fort Worth, Texas.
Processing time is usually 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

No refunds, exchanges only within 14 days of delivery (see full Return & Exchange Policy).
Custom or personalized items are final sale.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to process and ship your order (see our full Privacy Policy).

6. Intellectual Property

Return and Refund Policy

Every piece is handmade with love, and we want you to be delighted with your order.

Exchanges Only:

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How Exchanges Work:

If your item qualifies, you may exchange it for another item of equal value.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

We do not offer refunds, but we’re always here to help you find a piece you’ll love. 💛
